Occasionally, it may be longer than 20 days if our lab needs to re-coat the lens if it does not pass quality control. <h3 id="are-rx-orders-refundable">Are RX orders refundable?</h3>We cannot offer refunds on prescription orders after they have been processed and shipped from our lab. However, you are welcome to purchase a non-RX pair (fully refundable) to try on for fit before proceeding with your prescription. <h3 id="isPasted">My prescription is out of range - when will you have a style that my prescription fits into?</h3>We are working hard on new styles to fit a greater range of our customers&apos; RX needs. This is industry standard medium fit. However, our frame material - Swiss nylon - allows the arms to flex considerably to fit different head sizes. &#xA0;Reflex Measurements: 65mm width, 129mm hinge to temple tip. This is industry standard medium fit. However, this frame sports adjustable temples that allow for a snugger fit when it&apos;s needed.&#xA0;Response Measurements: 60mm lens width, 40mm lens height, 129mm hinge to temple tip. This is industry standard medium fit. The flexible nylon frame material and adjustable nose piece allows for multiple size fits. &#xA0; &#xA0;Forte Measurements: 54mm lens width, 18mm nose bridge, 137mm hinge to temple tip. <h3 id="isPasted">Where are your items made?</h3>Our sunglasses are handmade in a small town in northern Italy. All of our products are stamped with &quot;Made in Italy&quot; and a CE mark, affirming our product&apos;s conformity with European health, safety, and environmental protection standards <h3 id="what-are-your-items-made-from">What are your items made from?</h3>Our sunglass frames are made with TR90, a thermoplastic material that is incredibly durable, flexible, and lightweight. Our lenses come in two material types, depending on the lens and its sport use: polycarbonate and nylon.

<h3 id="care-instructions">Care Instructions</h3><ul><li style="font-size: 16px;">Clean lenses only with provided RIA microfiber cloth</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Do not clean lens with any paper products as it will damage the lens and/or coatings</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">If frame needs cleaning, only use mild soap and water</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Don&#x2019;t place your sunglasses face down</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Always store your sunglasses in the supplied case when not in use and during transport</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Always store your sunglasses in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and/or heat</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Do not expose your sunglasses to extreme heat conditions (100+ degrees Fahrenheit, example: car dashboards or heater vents)</li></ul><h3 id="makeupdirt-on-rubber">Makeup/Dirt On Rubber</h3>Some of our lighter color (especially white) rubber nose pads and temple sleeves can get dirtier than the darker colors. We recommend using rubbing alcohol and a swap to clean the rubber, as the alcohol will not hurt the rubber and will be more effective than water alone.<h3 id> </h3>

<h3 id="isPasted">What is your warranty policy?</h3>RIA provides a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. During the term of this warranty, RIA will replace any current style which is deemed by RIA to possess a manufacturing defect.
