What is your warranty policy?

RIA provides a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. During the term of this warranty, RIA will replace any current style which is deemed by RIA to possess a manufacturing defect. 

Lens scratches aren't covered under warranty — but that doesn't mean you're out of options. Email us at [email protected] and we'll walk you through your replacement lens options. To prevent future scratches, store your glasses in the hard case they came with, and clean lenses with a clean microfiber cloth — avoid paper towels or clothing, which can cause micro-scratches over time.
