Can you make prescription lenses?
We can make prescriptions with Single Vision correction in 6 frame styles:
- Reflex
- Vantage
- Forte
- Nova
- Tempo
- Versa
Our Reflex, Vantage, and Versa frames both have a limited prescription range, while our Tempo frames have a slightly wider prescription range, and our Forte and Nova frame styles have a substantial range of prescriptions that we can accommodate.
We can also make Progressive prescriptions for:
- Forte
- Nova
We cannot currently make prescriptions in our Model One or Response frames.

How long until my RX order ships?
Custom RX lenses are made to order and typically take 15–30 business days to complete. Sports and high-wrap prescriptions require additional precision and may take longer within this timeframe.
Delivery estimates at checkout do not reflect the processing time of our RX lenses. Please disregard these estimates.
Are RX orders refundable?
Because RX lenses are custom-made, returns work a little differently from non-RX products — but you still have options.
Prescription/Lab Errors
- Prescription or lab errors are always remade at no cost.
Preference-based returns
- Includes returns for fit, style, lens color, or personal preference.
- Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for a partial refund (less a $95 custom-lens processing fee) or full store credit.

You can try the non-prescription version first — non-RX orders ship free and have free returns.
My prescription is out of range - when will you have a style that my prescription fits into?

Do you make overglasses?
We do not currently make any sunglasses that can fit over other glasses.
