Can you make prescription lenses?

We can make prescriptions in Single Vision in 5 frame styles:

• Reflex
• Vantage
• Forte
• Nova
• Tempo

Our Reflex and Vantage frames both have a very limited prescription range, while our Tempo, Forte, and Nova frame styles have a much more substantial range of prescriptions that we can accommodate.

We can also accommodate Progressive prescriptions in:

• Forte
• Nova

We cannot currently make prescriptions in our Model One or Response frames.

How long until my RX order ships?

Prescription orders are processed in 20-30 business days. Occasionally, it may be longer than 20 days if our lab needs to re-coat the lens if it does not pass quality control.

Are RX orders refundable?

We cannot offer refunds on prescription orders after they have been processed and shipped from our lab. However, you are welcome to purchase a non-RX pair (fully refundable) to try on for fit before proceeding with your prescription.

My prescription is out of range - when will you have a style that my prescription fits into?

We are working hard on new styles to fit a greater range of our customers' RX needs. If you want to stay up-to-date and be notified when we are ready to release a line that fits your prescription, please sign up for our marketing emails.

Do you make overglasses?

We do not currently make any sunglasses that can fit over other glasses.
