Eligible non-prescription purchases can be returned or exchanged within <strong>30 calendar days of delivery</strong>, including eligible sale items, accessories, and replacement lenses.</p><h2 id="us-non-prescription-returns">U.S. non-prescription returns</h2><p>Use our <a href="https://riaeyewear.loopreturns.com/#/">online Returns Portal</a> to initiate a return or eligible exchange. Return shipping is complimentary for eligible U.S. orders. Follow the instructions and carrier information on your return label.</p><p>Eyewear should be returned in good condition, without noticeable damage. Please include your case, microfiber cloth, and original packaging if available. You are welcome to try your eyewear during normal play while taking reasonable care of it.</p><h2 id="refunds-and-exchanges">Refunds and exchanges</h2><p>For an eligible non-prescription return, you may choose a refund of the merchandise amount paid to the original payment method or the full merchandise amount as RIA store credit, which does not expire. Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded for ordinary returns.</p><p>Exchanging for another color or variant of the <strong>same frame model</strong>? <p>RIA stands behind the quality of our eyewear with a <strong>one-year manufacturing warranty from the original purchase date</strong> on eligible non-prescription and prescription products. A warranty replacement does not restart the original one-year period.</p><h2 id="what-does-the-warranty-cover">What does the warranty cover?</h2><p>Our warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects under normal use, including issues such as lens-tab chipping, cracking or webbing attributable to a manufacturing problem. <strong>Scratches, accidental damage and normal wear are not covered</strong> by the published manufacturing warranty.</p><p>All claims are reviewed individually.
