Available methods may vary by device, location or order.</p><h2 id="can-i-pay-in-installments">Can I pay in installments?</h2><p>Installment payment options, such as Shop Pay Installments, may be available for eligible purchases when offered at checkout. Availability and approval are determined by the payment provider.</p><h2 id="can-i-pay-with-more-than-one-credit-card">Can I pay with more than one credit card?</h2><p>Our online checkout generally accepts one credit card per order. You can use an eligible RIA gift card toward your purchase and pay any remaining balance using another accepted payment method.</p><h2 id="having-trouble-checking-out">Having trouble checking out?</h2><p>Please check your billing details, try another available payment method or contact your payment provider. <h2 id="can-i-buy-a-ria-gift-card">Can I buy a RIA gift card?</h2><p>Yes. RIA offers <strong>digital gift cards</strong> in the denominations shown on our <a href="https://riaeyewear.com/products/ria-eyewear-digital-gift-card" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Digital Gift Card product page</a>. You can purchase one for yourself or choose to email it to someone as a gift, including a personalized message and optional delivery date.</p><h2 id="do-gift-cards-expire">Do gift cards expire?</h2><p>RIA&apos;s digital gift cards are currently set to expire <strong>five years after purchase</strong>, unless applicable law requires a longer period or different treatment. <strong>RIA store credit does not expire.</strong></p><h2 id="can-i-use-a-gift-card-during-a-promotion">Can I use a gift card during a promotion?</h2><p>Yes. An existing gift card may be used as a payment method toward eligible sale merchandise. However, the <strong>purchase of a gift card itself is excluded from promotions and discounts</strong>.</p><h2 id="how-do-i-redeem-or-check-a-gift-card-balance">How do I redeem or check a gift card balance?</h2><p>Enter your gift card code in the gift card field at checkout. To view an existing digital gift card balance, open the original gift card email and follow the link to your card. If you need help, contact <a href="mailto:team@riaeyewear.com">team@riaeyewear.com</a>.</p><h2 id="are-gift-cards-refundable-or-redeemable-for-cash">Are gift cards refundable or redeemable for cash?</h2><p>Purchased digital gift cards are generally <strong>final sale</strong> and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. If you purchased one by mistake, contact our team to discuss your circumstances.</p><h2 id="how-does-ria-store-credit-work">How does RIA store credit work?</h2><p>Store credit issued by RIA can be used toward future eligible purchases and <strong>never expires</strong>. Sign in to your RIA customer account using the email address associated with your credit; available store credit should appear as a payment option at checkout.</p><h2 id="can-i-change-a-return-from-store-credit-to-a-refund">Can I change a return from store credit to a refund?</h2><p>Please <a href="https://riaeyewear.gorgias.help/en-US/contact">contact our team</a> with your order number. We can review whether a change is possible under the applicable return policy; the change is not automatic. When an order was paid with a combination of gift card and another payment method, refunds normally return to the original payment methods in the same proportions.</p><h2 id="can-i-return-an-item-i-received-as-a-gift">Can I return an item I received as a gift?</h2><p>Eligible gift recipients can request an exchange or store credit through the gift-return process. Refunds to the original purchaser&apos;s payment method are not offered through that recipient return flow.
