Once your order has shipped, it will generally be delivered between 4-6 business days (USPS does not guarantee delivery dates).All shipments are sent from San Diego, California. Orders ship between Monday and Friday, excluding federal holidays. Where can I do that?</h3>At the moment, we are almost exclusively direct-to-consumer from our online shop. That is why we offer free shipping and free 30-day returns (U.S.) so you can try our eyewear at home risk-free. If our sunglasses aren&apos;t for you, we pay for you to send them back and give you a 100% refund.

What do I do?</h3><ol><li id="isPasted" style="font-size: 16px;">Sometimes USPS/UPS/Fedex puts the package directly in the customer&apos;s mailbox, as our package is quite small, so please first check your mailbox to see if it was delivered there.&#xA0;</li><li id="isPasted" style="font-size: 16px;">We have also had USPS/UPS deliver to neighbors by accident, so please also check with any nearby neighbors who might have received your package.</li><li id="isPasted" style="font-size: 16px;">Lastly, there are times when USPS/UPS incorrectly scans a package as delivered a day or two before it is delivered.
