Where do I track my order?
Order tracking is in your order confirmation email and can be accessed here. Please allow up to 2 business days to receive your shipping confirmation once the carrier has picked up and scanned in your package.
My tracking says my package was delivered, but I can't find it. What do I do?
- Sometimes USPS/UPS/Fedex puts the package directly in the customer's mailbox, as our package is quite small, so please first check your mailbox to see if it was delivered there.
- We have also had USPS/UPS deliver to neighbors by accident, so please also check with any nearby neighbors who might have received your package.
- Lastly, there are times when USPS/UPS incorrectly scans a package as delivered a day or two before it is delivered. Please wait 24-48 hours to see if the package arrives.
