Where do I track my order?

Order tracking is in your order confirmation email and can be accessed here. Please allow up to 2 business days to receive your shipping confirmation once the carrier has picked up and scanned in your package.

My tracking says my package was delivered, but I can't find it. What do I do?

  1. Sometimes USPS/UPS/Fedex puts the package directly in the customer's mailbox, as our package is quite small, so please first check your mailbox to see if it was delivered there. 
  2. We have also had USPS/UPS deliver to neighbors by accident, so please also check with any nearby neighbors who might have received your package.
  3. Lastly, there are times when USPS/UPS incorrectly scans a package as delivered a day or two before it is delivered. Please wait 24-48 hours to see if the package arrives.
